Recently, Whatsapp has introduced a new feature that allows you to remove blue ticks from the sender’s interface. But if you do so, in that case you also will not be able to see the blue ticks on messages that you have sent from your device.
Generally, Whatsapp introduces any new feature on their official website first and then on the Google’s play store. As of now, this feature is being available on their official website only.
So, let us discuss the steps to be followed in order to disable the blue tick feature from your Whatsapp Account:
Step 1: Firstly, download the latest APK file of Whatsapp messenger from its official site.
Step 2: Then open APK file and click install.
Step 3: Now open your Whatsapp Messenger and go to the setting option.
Step 4: Now tap Account option and then privacy.
Step 5: Under privacy just uncheck the Read Receipt option which is by default checked and you are done.
Note: Do not forget to enable the checkbox “Unknown Resources “option under Application Tab in settings of your android device. Otherwise, you won’t be able to use this feature as it is not available on Google’s Play Store at the moment.
